Welcome to AZRACING.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AZRACING website, customer account features, online store, content and related services.

The collection and use of account information are governed by the AZRACING Privacy Policy.

3. Product Information

AZRACING makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information, specifications and prices.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly because of:

Lighting.
Photography.
Display settings.
Production updates.
Material characteristics.
Minor manufacturing variations that do not materially change the product's function.

AZRACING may update product information to correct errors, improve clarity or reflect product revisions.

If a material error is identified after an order is placed, AZRACING will contact the customer and provide an appropriate available option.

4. Product Compatibility and Configuration

AZRACING products may include sim racing cockpits, rigs, frames, seats, wheel stands and accessories designed for use with different third-party wheelbases, pedals, shifters, handbrakes, monitors and other equipment.

AZRACING provides product information and pre-sales support to help customers choose an appropriate product.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

Product dimensions.
Available room or installation space.
Equipment compatibility.
Mounting requirements.
Selected options and configurations.
Whether the product meets the customer's intended use.

Customers are encouraged to contact AZRACING before ordering if they are unsure about compatibility or configuration.

If a product matches its published description but is unsuitable because the customer did not confirm space, dimensions, compatibility or configuration, the issue is not considered a product defect. Any applicable return will be handled according to the AZRACING Return Policy.

5. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or available on the website.

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed. A price change does not normally affect an order that AZRACING has already accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

Depending on the order and destination, the final amount may include:

The final order amount presented at checkout applies to the purchase, subject to correction of clear errors.

If AZRACING cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

AZRACING may contact the customer to confirm order details before fulfillment.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

The information is accurate.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The applicable payment provider may process the transaction.

AZRACING does not store complete payment card numbers or full card-security information on its website.

Payment processing and personal information are also governed by the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

AZRACING ships eligible products to selected regions worldwide.

Shipping availability, fulfillment location, shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time may depend on:

10. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Return eligibility, return authorization, return shipping responsibility and refund processing are governed by the AZRACING Return Policy.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim requirements and available warranty solutions are governed by the AZRACING Warranty Policy.

Customers must contact AZRACING and obtain written authorization before returning a product.

Products that have been assembled, installed or used are generally not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return. Confirmed defects, missing parts, transportation damage or incorrect products are handled through AZRACING After-sales Support or the applicable warranty process.

The AZRACING One-Year Limited Warranty is separate from the 14-Day Return Policy.

Warranty support for AZRACING products may include:

Technical assessment.
Installation or troubleshooting guidance.
Replacement parts.
Replacement hardware.
Replacement of an affected component.
Another appropriate solution when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through parts or support.

Third-party products or components are covered according to the warranty terms provided by their original manufacturers, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

11. Order Cancellation

If you need to request an order cancellation, contact AZRACING as soon as possible.

AZRACING cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.

If the order has already shipped, it must be handled according to the applicable AZRACING Shipping Policy and AZRACING Return Policy.

12. Customer Reviews and User-Generated Content

Customers may submit reviews, setup photographs, product feedback or other content.

You must not submit content that:

You do not own or have permission to use.
Contains another person's private information without permission.
Is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading.
Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Contains malicious code or harmful material.

If you submit content for public brand or product presentation, you allow AZRACING to display and use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.

AZRACING may format, crop or mask submitted content where reasonably necessary for presentation or privacy protection.

AZRACING will not intentionally display a customer's complete address, complete order number, complete tracking number or payment information. A full customer name will not be displayed unless the customer has actively permitted it.

The collection and display of user-submitted content are also governed by the AZRACING Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents may include:

Trademarks.
Logos.
Product names.
Product designs.
Photographs.
Videos.
Graphics.
Text.
Manuals.
Installation materials.
Software or website elements.

These materials are owned by AZRACING, licensed to AZRACING or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
