Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe:

14 days from delivery date.

 

Condition Requirements:

Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts (mounts, screws, manuals).

 

Proof of Purchase:

Original order number or receipt required.

 

Signs of use, damage, or missing components void eligibility.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

(a). Customized frames (e.g., color, size modifications).

(b). Products damaged due to user assembly errors or misuse.

 

3. Return Process

Step 1:

Contact sales@azracing-simulator.com within 14 days with: Order number, photos/video of product condition, reason for return.

Step 2:

We provide shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Step 3:

Securely repackage items and ship to designated warehouse.

 

4. Refund Processing

Timeline:

Refunds issued within 5 business days after warehouse inspection.

 

Method:

Original payment instrument (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

 

Deductions:

15% restocking fee for unopened boxes.

25% open-box fee if packaging is damaged or parts are missing.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to:

(a). Defective parts (e.g., bent metal, faulty joints).

(b). Wrong item shipped.

(Tip: We recommend using tracked/insured carriers. Loss/damage in transit is the customer’s responsibility.)

 

6. Exchanges

Defective/wrong items:

Free replacement shipped after return confirmation.

 

7. International Returns

Duties/Taxes:

Import tariffs or any applicable taxes for returns are customer’s responsibility. We assist with export documents.

8. Warranty Claims

Structural defects (e.g., weld failures, cracking) are covered by a 12-month limited warranty with free parts replacement. Excludes cosmetic damage from normal use.
