Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At AZRACING, we want customers to purchase with confidence. We aim to make returns clear and fair while protecting products from damage, missing parts, or improper use. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, mounts, screws, manuals, and protective materials included.

Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all return requests.

Products with signs of use, damage, missing components, modification, or improper assembly may not be eligible for return or full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Customized products, including special color, size, or configuration modifications
Products damaged due to user assembly errors, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Products with missing parts, missing packaging, or heavy signs of use
Replacement parts or accessories sold for repair purposes

3. Return Process

Step 1
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Photos or videos of the product condition
Photos of the original packaging if applicable

Step 2
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions within 48 business hours.

Step 3
Securely repackage the product and ship it to the designated return warehouse provided by our support team.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

Defective parts
Wrong item shipped
Shipping damage confirmed by AZRACING

Large items such as sim racing cockpits, seats, and wheel stands may require special handling. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Loss or damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Processing

Inspection
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Timeline
Approved refunds are usually issued within 5 business days after inspection.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.

Possible Deductions
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the returned product is unused, complete, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, AZRACING will not charge a restocking fee.

Deductions may apply only if the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, missing accessories, damaged packaging, or requires additional cleaning, inspection, or repackaging.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, or handling fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Exchanges

Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review and confirmation, AZRACING may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, repair support, or another appropriate solution.

7. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Order number
Photos or videos of the damaged product
Photos of the outer packaging
Photos of the shipping label

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

8. Warranty Claims

AZRACING provides a 12-month limited warranty for structural defects, such as weld failures or cracking under normal use.

The warranty may include free replacement parts or repair support, depending on the issue.

The warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage from normal use
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Damage caused by misuse or modification
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents or improper storage

9. Return Address

Return addresses may vary depending on the product, warehouse availability, and order location. Please contact our support team for the correct return address before sending any product back.

Do not ship returns to any warehouse without return authorization.

10. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
