AZRACING Warranty Policy

AZRACING provides a One-Year Limited Warranty for eligible AZRACING products.

This Warranty Policy is separate from the AZRACING Return Policy. The Return Policy governs eligible return requests, while this Warranty Policy covers eligible product defects during the warranty period.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the date the applicable product is delivered and continues for one year.

If products from the same order are delivered on different dates, each product’s warranty period begins on its own delivery date.

If one product is delivered in multiple packages, its warranty period begins when the final package belonging to that product has been delivered.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

Depending on the confirmed issue, warranty support may include:

  • technical assessment and troubleshooting;
  • installation guidance;
  • shipment of replacement parts;
  • replacement hardware;
  • replacement of an affected component or section; or
  • another appropriate solution if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through technical support or component replacement.

A warranty claim does not automatically require the complete product to be returned.

Because AZRACING cockpits, rigs, frames and seats are large or multi-box products, AZRACING may use a parts-first or component-replacement solution when this can reasonably restore the product.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic changes;
  • improper installation or assembly;
  • misuse;
  • unauthorized modification; or
  • accidental damage.

Change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, insufficient room space or equipment incompatibility is not considered a warranty defect when the product matches its published description.

Non-defective return requests are governed by the AZRACING Return Policy.

4. Third-Party Products and Components

Third-party products or components are covered only according to the warranty terms provided by their original manufacturers, subject to any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

AZRACING may assist the customer with information reasonably available concerning the applicable manufacturer warranty.

5. Delivery Issues, Missing Parts and Incorrect Items

Shipping damage, missing parts and incorrect items should be reported to AZRACING as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery of the affected product.

Customers should retain:

  • the product;
  • shipping cartons;
  • internal packaging;
  • shipping labels; and
  • any damaged parts.

AZRACING may request:

  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • tracking information;
  • package numbers;
  • part information; or
  • other details reasonably needed to assess the issue.

A report submitted after the recommended seven-day period does not automatically eliminate applicable warranty or statutory consumer rights.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact:

marketing@azracing-simulator.com

Please include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase;
  • the product involved;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • when and how the issue occurred;
  • relevant photographs or videos; and
  • part, package or tracking information where applicable.

AZRACING may request additional reasonable information needed to identify the cause and determine the appropriate solution.

Do not return the complete product or any component unless AZRACING provides written authorization and return instructions.

7. Warranty Assessment and Resolution

AZRACING will normally attempt to resolve a confirmed issue in the following order:

  1. technical assessment and troubleshooting;
  2. shipment of replacement parts at no charge;
  3. replacement of the affected component or section; and
  4. if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an exchange, authorized return or refund.

The appropriate solution depends on:

  • the nature of the issue;
  • the affected product or component;
  • product and part availability;
  • whether the product can be safely restored; and
  • applicable consumer law.

If an authorized warranty return is required, AZRACING will designate the appropriate return warehouse and provide return instructions.

Customers must not send a warranty return to another warehouse or divide it across multiple warehouses unless AZRACING provides written authorization.

8. Costs of Confirmed Claims

When an issue is confirmed to have been caused by:

  • a covered product defect;
  • a manufacturing issue;
  • a missing part;
  • an incorrect shipment; or
  • transportation damage,

the customer will not be responsible for the reasonable costs necessary to carry out the resolution approved by AZRACING.

Customers should not arrange repairs, replacements or return transportation at AZRACING’s expense without prior written approval.

9. Replacement Parts and Components

Replacement parts or components provided under warranty are intended to resolve the confirmed issue affecting the original product.

Providing a replacement part or component does not automatically require AZRACING to replace or accept the return of the complete cockpit, rig, frame or seat when the product can reasonably be restored through the approved solution.

10. Refunds Following an Authorized Warranty Return

If AZRACING determines that a warranty issue cannot reasonably be resolved and authorizes a return and refund, the returned product will be inspected after arriving at the designated return warehouse.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the refund process described in the AZRACING Return Policy.

11. Local Consumer Rights

This policy is AZRACING’s general global Warranty Policy.

Customers in some jurisdictions may have mandatory warranty or consumer rights that provide additional or different protections. Where applicable local law provides greater rights, the applicable law will take priority.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
